Why DSA exists
DownTown Study Abroad Consultant was founded in Gujranwala by Abubakar Sarfraz for one reason: too many students from this city were losing money and intakes to agents who promised a visa, took a fee, and disappeared when the refusal letter arrived.
DSA works the opposite way. Before any fee is discussed, you get an honest reading of your profile — grades, gaps, English level, family finances — and a clear statement of which countries realistically fit you and which do not. Some students are told to wait an intake, improve a test score, or reconsider a course. That advice costs you nothing and saves you far more than a rushed application would.
How we work with each student
Every file is handled in our own office at Royal Palm City rather than passed to a third party. You meet the person who reads your documents, and you can walk in and ask about your case at any stage.
1. Free profile assessment
We review academic records, English test status, study gaps, family income and budget, then map them against real entry requirements for the UK, USA, Australia, Canada and Europe.
2. Country and course shortlist
You receive a written shortlist with tuition, living costs, work rights and post-study routes, so the decision is yours and not a sales pitch.
3. Admissions and documentation
Applications, statement of purpose drafting, transcripts, attestation, sponsor documents and financial evidence are prepared and checked against the current embassy checklist before anything is submitted.
4. Visa filing and interview preparation
Forms, appointments, biometrics and the visa file itself are handled here, followed by mock interview sessions using the questions actually asked of Pakistani applicants.
5. Pre-departure briefing
Accommodation, airport arrival, banking, SIM, registration and first-week practicalities are explained before you fly.
What we will not do
We do not fabricate bank statements, experience letters or academic documents. We do not guarantee visas, because no consultant controls an embassy decision. We do not push a student toward a country because it is easier for us to process.
This is a deliberate limit on our business, and it is the reason families in Gujranwala send their younger children back to us years later.
